Job Summary:We are looking for anOffice Administrator and Executive Assistant to Managing Director who is highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask. This person will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office while providing administrative support to the CEO.Key Responsibilities: Handle general administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and organizing documents. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements. Act as the point of contact between executives, employees, and external partners. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required. Organize company meetings and events. Maintain office systems, including data management and filing. Assist in managing company policies, procedures, and employee records. Ensure smooth operations of the office, including maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Manage the onboarding of new employees and support HR-related tasks. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field. Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and under pressure. High level of discretion and professionalism. Experience with HR administration is a plus.
