Job Summary:
We are looking for an Office Administrator and Executive Assistant to Managing Director who is highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask. This person will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office while providing administrative support to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and organizing documents.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Act as the point of contact between executives, employees, and external partners.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- Organize company meetings and events.
- Maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
- Assist in managing company policies, procedures, and employee records.
- Ensure smooth operations of the office, including maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Manage the onboarding of new employees and support HR-related tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Experience with HR administration is a plus.
